Contract end from award data
From contract award notices with contract conclusion date and term, validait calculates when a contract expires. Uncertain end dates, for example due to extension options, are flagged.
Framework agreements in view
Framework agreements usually run for four years and are then awarded again. You see the contracting authority, current contractor, contract value and region at a glance.
The right moment
Two to nine months before the contract ends is the window in which you can get in touch and show your strengths. validait sorts by this, with an export for your sales team.

Quote matching in the original textEvery quote is located again in the document, character by character or after cleaning up line breaks and hyphenation. A quote without a source reference is discarded.

Rule-based decision
Deterministic evaluation matrixThe recommendation is calculated by fixed code according to clear rules. The same documents and the same profile always produce the same recommendation.
All mandatory criteria are met with evidence, and there are no open points.
No exclusion ground is evidenced, but individual mandatory criteria are still open. validait lists them as questions for the contracting authority.
At least one mandatory criterion is evidenced as not met, with quote and source reference.
Attractiveness from 0 to 100: weighted average of the situational criteria, each on a scale of 1 to 5. It helps with prioritisation and never changes an exclusion.

Requirements are recognised
The documents are read, including scanned documents, and the requirements are extracted from them: selection criteria, technical requirements, required evidence, deadlines and award criteria.
Matched against your profile
Every requirement is checked against your stored competencies, certificates and references. On top of that come your own criteria, the rules by which your organisation decides.
Every rating with a source reference
For every criterion you see the requirement, the source reference in the document and the verbatim quote. You can check our work instead of having to trust it.
Missing information becomes points to clarify
If a piece of information is not in the documents, validait flags it as an open point for you to clarify. This keeps a suitable tender in play, even when the document leaves something open.
